DAY ONE
- You'll hike one of the world's best one-day hikes. The Tongariro Alpine Crossing is a 19.4km hike and crosses spectacular volcanic terrain.
Among its highlights are steaming vents, old lava flows, beautiful water-filled explosion craters and stunning views. On clear days you can see Mount Taranaki in the west, Mount Ngauruhoe, the Kaimanawa Ranges, Lake Taupo and beyond.
My Kiwi Adventures return shuttle service allows you to securely park your car at the Park and Ride Kiwi Camp in National Park Village and drops you off at the start of the trail and picks you up at the end of the trail. Departs daily at 5:45am, 7:00am or 8.15am (Weather dependent). Please confirm with us which departure time you would like.
DAY TWO - You'll mountain bike the famous 27km Fishers Track which is ranked as one of New Zealand's most scenic cycle trails. As part of the package, you will be supplied with a quality mountain bike, helmet and transfer from the end of the track back to our booking centre in National Park Village. Departs daily at 9.30am. We require a Minimum of 2 people to run this trip.
Due to the popularity of this package, bookings are essential.
